ABOUT METAL-TECH
Metal-Tech is specialized in the production of elevator doors with an A60 fire resistance for freight elevators, passenger elevators and small goods elevators on board sea-going ships. Our fire-resistant doors are widely used in yacht building, shipbuilding (including cruise ships) and the offshore industry.
HISTORY METAL-TECH
Metal-Tech ApS was founded in 1998 in Albertslund, Denmark. Metal-Tech is the result of more than 20 years of experience in the production and construction of parts for passenger and freight elevators for sea-going ships, including A60 elevator doors with sereval options. All know-how, production rights, production drawings, parts, etc. of the A60 elevator doors have been taken over by Metal-Tech Netherlands. In 2021 Metal-Tech was taken over by Ing. Robert Ruis.
Our doors are produced in the Netherlands.
Ing. Robert Ruis
Robert took over the company in 2021. With more than 20 years of experience as an engineer and owner of 2 other companies, the products are a nice addition to his disarea of expertise.
As an engineer, Robert is broadly oriented, and therefore versatile. His knowledge extends beyond just elevator design.
Characteristic in his working method is good communication at different levels and knowledge.
